Evergreen Cottage

Evergreen is an adorable “tiny house” located a few short steps from Lake Michigan, offering privileged private beach access. It is a cozy, serene retreat – a fully furnished all season cottage, perfect for enjoying outdoor activities all year long.

The cottage, located on a lovely wooded property north of the Muskegon State Park, has two bedrooms with full size beds, and a fold out futon in the common space. It is equipped with a full kitchen with dishwasher.

Muskegon State Park, with miles of pristine Lake Michigan beach, is very close by. Duck Lake and White Lake are a short drive. Evergreen has direct Lake Michigan beach access and guests can enjoy kayaking, sailing, fishing, many activities -- it’s all within reach!

Enjoy the Muskegon Luge Adventure Park, about a mile from Evergreen -- its cross-country ski trails and luge runs will keep you active on winter days. The area also offers snowshoeing, snowmobiling or whatever winter activities you enjoy!

And after a few days lounging on the beach or skiing cross country trails, guests might enjoy visiting:

The Muskegon/Milwaukee Ferry is only a few miles away and gives guests access to easy trans-Lake Michigan transportation.

The Muskegon Airport and the Gerald R. Ford Airport in Grand Rapids are the closest airports, within an hour from the cottage.
